It is a common saying that nobody can avoid getting sick from time to time. Some of us can think of their health as the last thing in our minds, but we should be reminded of its importance.

And lastly, they don’t expect anything from you, and they understand that sometimes, no matter how hard you try, you just can’t be there whenever they need or want you. But they never give up on you and always believe in you and your ability to do something right or at least try.
Those are the reasons I’m glad that I have these people in my life, those are the reasons why I spend my time with them, and most importantly, those are the reasons why I’m happy to know them.
6. Always Protect Your Boundaries
The question is: Why should you always protect your boundaries from staying happy? You need to master your limitations to get the best out of your life. With your limits, you can define your desire and what you don’t. You would also be able to know where to draw the line.
You may have come across people who do not protect their boundaries, which end up being attacked by people out there to exploit others.
Being nice is one thing, but it’s terrible news if you don’t put up a guard to keep away from those with bad intentions.
7. Don’t Try To Please Everybody or Make Them Happy
Authenticity is all about not trying to please everybody or make them happy. You can please some people sometimes, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.
